Terms of use and sale
Updated 2026-10-14
Check Panic Full gives an indicative diagnosis of iPhone panic logs, without any warranty. Each diagnosis is paid, by single payment or with a credit, and covers every log of one iPhone. If no part is identified, nothing is charged. Credits never expire. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
Who provides the service?
Check Panic Full (checkpanicfull.com) is operated by Ozapp, based in Belgium. Contact: hello@checkpanicfull.com.
By using the site, you accept these terms. If you buy a diagnosis or credits, the sale terms below also apply.
What is the service?
Check Panic Full analyzes iPhone panic-full logs and indicates the probable faulty part, the test to run first and the repair pitfalls. The diagnosis is based on a database of sourced rules (see the Methodology: How Check Panic Full Reads Panic Logs).
Is the diagnosis guaranteed?
No. The diagnosis is indicative. A log points to a probable part; it does not replace a check on the device. The same signature can have several causes (a part, a connector, the logic board), and some codes are disputed between sources.
You remain solely responsible for your repair decisions. Always confirm with a known-good part before ordering or replacing anything. To the extent permitted by law, Ozapp cannot be held liable for a repair, a part ordered, data lost or any damage resulting from the use of a diagnosis.
Check Panic Full is not affiliated with Apple Inc. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc.
What is free?
The panic code pages, the complete table and a full example report are free. The diagnosis of your own logs is paid.
How is a diagnosis sold?
When you submit logs, the tool tells you whether a part was identified, without revealing it. You can then unlock the full diagnosis with a single payment or with one credit.
- One diagnosis = one iPhone, with all the logs of that device. Logs from another device require another diagnosis.
- Not found = not charged. If no documented part is identified, nothing can be unlocked, nothing is charged and no credit is used.
- The content of a diagnosis is described on the Pricing: Pay per iPhone Diagnosis | Check Panic Full page. Prices are shown before payment, in your currency.
How do credits work?
Credits are sold in packs of 5, 20 or 100 diagnoses. One credit unlocks one diagnosis.
- No subscription. You only pay when you buy a pack.
- No expiry. Credits never expire.
- Credits are personal to your account and cannot be converted into money.
Do I need an account?
Not for a single diagnosis. Packs require an account, created with your email address. Sign-in is done through a link sent by email. You are responsible for the security of your mailbox, since access to it gives access to your account, your credits and your reports.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout; for EU businesses outside Belgium, the reverse-charge mechanism applies.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
A diagnosis is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By confirming the payment, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the diagnosis is unlocked. Unused credits remain available with no time limit.
- A diagnosis that finds no part is never charged.
- If an error on our side prevents the diagnosis from being delivered, you are refunded or your credit is returned.
What is fair use?
The service is meant for diagnosing iPhones as part of repair work. You agree not to:
- submit files that are not panic logs, or files you are not entitled to handle;
- group logs from several devices into one diagnosis;
- scrape, copy or resell the database or the diagnoses in bulk;
- automate requests, disrupt the service or try to access other users' data.
We may suspend access in case of abuse.
Intellectual property
The site, its texts, its 3D views and the structure of the database belong to Ozapp. Some content comes from sources under their own licences (for example iFixit content under CC BY-NC-SA); these sources are cited on each page. You may share the reports you unlock with your customers.
Changes
We may update these terms. The applicable version is the one online on the date of use or purchase.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution: write to hello@checkpanicfull.com. If none is found, the competent Belgian courts will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
