Pay only for diagnoses that find the part

Updated 2026-10-14

Check Panic Full charges per diagnosis, not per log: one diagnosis covers every log of the same iPhone and costs €4.90, $5.49 or £4.49. Shops can buy packs of 5, 20 or 100 diagnoses. If no part is identified, nothing is charged. Code pages and a full example report stay free.

What a credit buys

  • The full diagnosis of one iPhone (all its logs)
  • The client PDF report and share link
  • Not found = not charged: no credit used if no part is identified

No subscription. Credits never expire. Businesses: enter your VAT number at checkout (EU reverse charge). Secure payment by Stripe.

What is free?

  • The panic code pages: what each code means on each iPhone model, and which part it points to;
  • the complete panic-full table (see table);
  • a full example report, so you can see exactly what a diagnosis contains.

How does a diagnosis work?

Drop the panic-full files of one iPhone into the tool. The analysis runs straight away and tells you whether a part was identified, but the part itself stays hidden. To see it, unlock the diagnosis with a single payment or one credit.

Not found = not charged. If the log doesn't match any documented hardware fault, there is nothing to unlock and nothing to pay.

What does one diagnosis include?

One diagnosis covers every log of the same iPhone:

  • the faulty part and its location in 3D;
  • the step-by-step test to run before ordering the part;
  • difficulty, repair time and tools;
  • pairing pitfalls (genuine part, System Configuration);
  • where to find the part;
  • a PDF report for your customer and a share link.
