pulse_pearl — AOP coprocessor

The always-on coprocessor (AOP) stopped receiving the heartbeat (“pulse”) of its “pearl” task. “Pearl” is Apple's internal codename for Face ID, revealed in 2017 by the HomePod firmware. The most logical lead is therefore the TrueDepth (Face ID) module or its flex, but no repair source confirms this link yet.
